Rich & smokey toasted marshmallow with smooth vanilla & decadent caramelized notes.
This wine kit will product 16 - 17% alcohol by volume through regular fermentation. To estimate brandy addition to bring up to 18 - 20% refer to: Pearson Square
Please note this kit is a full-strength kit, meaning you do not add any water to it. It produces 3 gallons, not six gallons as most of the wine kits do. So, if your home winemaking equipment is set up for 6 gallons, you will need to order two kits to fill the 6 gallon secondary fermenter, or purchase a 3 gallon carboy.
