Double Bock (Doppelbock)
A very strong, dark-hued lager with mild bite and lots of malty sweetness. Smooth! Use ale yeast for room temperature fermentation/lager yeast for cool fermentation. Recipe includes malt extract, grain, hops, yeast, additives, & steeping bag. Priming sugar is available as an option.
