We've decided to carry over the Ain't Wonder Clone Recipes for extra month to celebrate our "Meet The Brewer" event on January 27th. With the help of our former employee and current head brewer at 8th Wonder Brewing, we have come up with clone recipes for three of their beers: Dome Faux'm Cream Ale, Brewston (their seasonal American Pale Ale & a favorite at the shop here), and our adapted recipe that was produced at 8th Wonder last summer and supposedly being re-released now that the weather has cooled - Emma Sarah's Bitter (the working title - now called Eight Days a Week). This a 5 - 5 1/2% ESB. Nice English strong bitter. Also, for those wanting to make smaller batches, we have a Dog Day Recipe Kit on special this month, too. This month it is our Airedale Ale. Heck it's winter & a little extra kick in your beer isn't a bad thing, is it?
