Item #: 1232008 INTRODUCTION TO HOMEBREWING Learn to brew the world's best beer: your own! In this five week course, you will learn what makes one beer dark and another light, one beer bitter and another sweet. We will brew an intermediate batch the first evening, bottle it the next week, and then consume it while we brew an advanced all-grain beer the last evening. We will also conduct a tasting of classic ales of the world the third week and classic lagers of the world followed by a field trip to Two Rows Brew Pub the fourth week.
