DOUBLE STAGE KIT
This kit allows for a more flexible schedule than the single stage approach, and will produce a beer with less sediment. Kit is essentially the same as single stage fermenter kit with a few additions. The kit includes a 6 gallon plastic fermenter with lid, fermentation lock, bottle capper, bottle caps, B-T-F Iodophor sanitizer, DeFalco's Hydrometer, beer yeast, water salts, hopped malt extract (your choice), 2 lbs. light, amber, dark, or wheat unhopped malt extract (or Brewery Grade Corn Syrup), 3/4 cup priming sugar, hop pellets, Bru-Vigor, syphon hose with extension and hose clamp, an instruction sheet, BREWING QUALITY BEER, and a five gallon secondary fermenter with drilled rubber stopper. You will need to provide a 3 gallon or bigger kettle, water, 9 six-packs of non-screw cap beer bottles, and a long-handled spoon.
