In addition to measuring and displaying pH, this pocket-sized pH meter also simultaneously shows the sample's temperature. Used to check the pH of samples, water, wine, sanitizer, etc. This should not be used to check the temperature of your mash tun or boiling wort (maximum temperature 122°F).
