Kit is simple to use and fairly inexpensive. My issue with the kit is the directions say to withdraw 10 ml of a sample but the syringe included is
labeled in cc's. Apparently they are the same thing, but this isn't addressed anywhere that I could find in the instructions. Also, the included
syringe is of the CHEAPEST quality with horrible printed on markings. The syringe and wine making do not mix. The markings wiped off the very first
time I used the kit rendering it unusable.
